1.)  When ordering, please specify: quantity, composer, publisher, title and instrument(s) as listed in the Brass Players Guide.

2.)  Payment must accompany all mail/fax or web orders. For FAX and snail mail you may send:

• a check/money order in USA funds drawn on a USA bank; otherwise there is a $20.00 charge for bank conversion. Sorry, we are unable to accept EURO CHEQUES.
• your MASTERCARD/VISA number with expiration date and signature.

3.)  Customers can FAX orders with the MASTERCARD/VISA/AMEX number, expiration date and signature to one of our 24 HOUR FAX LINES - please use the printable order form.

4.)  Institutional orders are welcome - we are thoroughly familiar with purchase order procedures.

5.)  We are unable to confirm FAX transmissions. We are unable to return calls by voice from FAX.

6.)  Shipping charges

Priority Mail, add $5.00

UPS Ground, add $6.00

7.)  Orders amounting to $40.00 or more are shipped UPS. (street address required)

8.)  OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: For overseas shipments by surface mail, please add $8.00. Air Mail Costs (paid in whole by the customer) vary greatly and depend upon weight, destination and value. Please specify:

"SURFACE MAIL" or "AIR MAIL"

9.)  We do not ship United Parcel Service (UPS) outside the United States.

10.)  Music ordered is not returnable unless defective. We do not grade music.

11.)  We do not send music on approval, consignment or trial.

12.)  In addition to music for brass instruments, ROBERT KING MUSIC SALES, INC. also stocks the publications of Alphonse Leduc Group (Editions A. Leduc, Editions Bornemann, Editions Hamelle) and in all categories, including winds, string, keyboard, etc.

13.)  For brass ensemble music, we use a 5-digit instrumentation code as follows:

first digit   =   trumpet
second digit   =   horn
third digit   =   trombone
fourth digit   =   euphonium (baritone)
fifth digit   =   tuba

Thus, the code 211.01 indicates music for a brass quintet consisting of two trumpets, one horn, one trombone and one tuba.
